2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the South East Region of The Caravan Club Will be held at the Oxted School Oxted Surrey RH8 0AB

On Saturday 13^th November 2010. Light refreshments will be served prior to the meeting.The meeting will commence at 2.30pm.

 Please bring your current Caravan Club membership card with you.

Open to all members of the Caravan Club living in the South East Region area.  Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South London. Your opportunity to raise issues with the Regional Council and Club Council Representatives.

WEEKEND PROGRAMME  12^th -14^th November 2010

Hosted by the East Surrey Centre

No arrivals before 6pm, as this is a school and in a residential area.

A social will be held on the Saturday evening.
