The Caravan Club's premier rallying event - the National Rally - is held annually over the late Spring Bank holiday at the end of May. It usually takes place in the grounds of a stately home and attracts around 3,000+ outfits with an attendance of up to 10,000 caravanners.
The National Rally is organised for Club members by Club members. It is headed by the Events sub-Committee, ably assisted by two full-time employees based at The Club's Head Office. They in turn are supported by a team of volunteers who, having paid their full Rally fees, spend the vast majority of the weekend working to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This year we are pleased to include a Club stand with information about products and services and two expert staff on hand to answer queries. The stand will be located in the Club Marquee along with the Internet Cafe, Information Centre and Box Office.
We are delighted to announce that the 84th National Rally will take place at Sledmere House in East Yorkshire on 27 May to 31 May 2011.
Visit the Sledmere House website for more information about the venue.
